Accessibility statement

Conformance status

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Our status is self-assessed: automated scans run against every change in our build pipeline, and a manual review (keyboard navigation, screen reader, 200% zoom, contrast verification) is conducted at each content revision. No third-party certification of this site's conformance is claimed.

How we test

• Automated axe-core accessibility scans on every change, blocking before merge.
• Manual keyboard-only and screen-reader passes at each content revision.
• Reduced-motion preferences honored on every animated element across the site.
• Color contrast verified against the WCAG AA floor for all foreground and background pairings.

Known limitations

Card icon graphics are decorative SVG companions. Each one carries no meaning beyond the adjacent heading text and is marked accordingly. The heading is the canonical label.

PDF artifacts (the capability statement and any linked data sheets) are audited separately from the HTML site. Where a PDF is inaccessible, the same information is available via the Contact section or on request.

Conformance is self-assessed, not third-party certified. An independent audit can be commissioned for specific federal pursuits on request.
